COSMETIC INGREDIENTS
Using our original fermentation technology, we create sustainable clean beauty materials like no other. These materials can be used in a wide range of products from cosmetics to home goods.
Our organic rice ethanol is made from JAS certified organic rice, agro-chemical free, made by re-cultivating wasted rice paddies in Oshu, Iwate in Northern Japan. This is one way we utilize un-used resources. This organic alcohol is also certified from global organic associations such as USDA Organicand ECOCERT COSMOS and is a fully-traceable material. We are also developing high value-added natural clean beauty materials using local produce looking for new applications.
We also support and provide consultation for those looking to apply for organic JAS certification, new cosmetic material ingredient name application, raw material standardization and other organic certification application support.

Using Fermestations’s original production technology combined with our original yeast and koji materials, we ferment and distill organic rice made from recultivated rice paddies. Since it is hand crafted, we take time and effort in the making and has a slight hint of rice aroma.
