
We are proud to announce that Fermenstation has won the Tokyo edition of “On The Road,” an international foodtech startup competition organized by Culinary Action!
As a result of this achievement, we have earned the opportunity to participate in the Grand Final to be held in early 2025 in San Sebastián (Donostia), Spain.
“On The Road” is part of the GOe – Gastronomy Open Ecosystem, a strategic initiative of the Basque Culinary Center, and serves as a global entrepreneurship program supporting startups in the foodtech sector.
This program is held in the following six cities around the world:
Copenhagen (Denmark)
Rotterdam (Netherlands)
Tokyo (Japan)
Bahrain (Kingdom of Bahrain)
London (United Kingdom)
Boston (United States)
Startups selected in each city will gather in San Sebastián in early 2025 to compete for the following opportunities:
A 6-month incubation program residency
Access to research and development initiatives at the Basque Culinary Center
Winning the Tokyo edition is a strong recognition of our upcycling technology and innovative approach in the food industry. This achievement motivates us to continue growing and expanding our impact on the global stage.
